Slow at the start, exact at the end.
We spend an unusual amount of time before drawing. It is the cheapest place to make mistakes, and the only place to make discoveries.
Conversation
Week 1
We begin with a long, unhurried conversation in the space. No mood boards, no proposals — only how you live, and what the building already wants to be.
Study
Weeks 2–5
Survey, light study and material research. We test two spatial directions in physical model and return with one recommendation, argued honestly.
Design
Weeks 6–14
The scheme is resolved to the millimetre: joinery, lighting circuits, stone layouts, textile weights. You approve a fully costed package before anything is ordered.
Making
Months 4–10
We hold the site. Our team coordinates trades, artisans and deliveries weekly, and we visit every fabrication workshop before pieces leave.
Living
Handover
We style, photograph and hand over a bound manual of every finish and supplier. Then we come back after a season to adjust what living has taught you.
