Fees
Transparent, staged, no hidden margin.
A fixed design fee based on scope and area, invoiced across five stages. Procurement is handled at trade cost plus a stated management percentage, with supplier invoices open to you. Full commissions typically begin around £150,000 in construction and furnishing value.
